This invention relates to a chemical fiber hot-melt spinning device, comprising a feeding mechanism that supplies chemical fiber raw materials; a hot-melt mechanism connected to the front end of the feeding mechanism, which supplies raw materials to the hot-melt mechanism; and a spinning mechanism connected to the front end of the hot-melt mechanism, which supplies the hot-melted raw materials to the spinning mechanism, which then spins the hot-melted raw materials into fibers. This invention enables the production of chemical fiber wig fibers. The spinning mechanism, with a constant pressure range, effectively controls the spinning rate, thereby improving the consistency and quality of fiber forming. It avoids unstable spinning rates that could cause subsequent processes to lag behind, or excessively fast spinning leading to poor cooling effects, or inconsistent quality between different spinning stages. Furthermore, it allows for cooling gas humidification of the chemical fiber fibers, providing a more uniform cooling environment and ensuring fiber stability during the setting process.
